  At just 9mm across, this is amongst the smallest of English hammered coins. A rare Henry VIII farthing, weighing 0.18 gm, and found by a Surrey metal detectorist.  Second Coinage, 1526 – 1544. "RVTILANS ROSA" (a dazzling rose) and "DEO GRACIAS" (thanks be to God) legends.  PAS ref: SUR-894F93
